I thinka ltr is fine, i drink that most nights, sometimes beer and sometimes vodka. I find that i feel rough the next day if i drink red wine its pretty lethal and its only good for the heart in moderation. Im ok if i drink white wine, i feel a bit down towards the end of the night though, so i usually have another bottle to perk me up lol. These past few weeks i have been on a diet so i cant drink anymore :( im not an alki i just like been pissed.

Cheap red wine has a lot of tannins. The better wine is purer so wont give you such a sore head. Organic wine is good for that. How can you drink a ltr to yourself every night and make work next day?

White wines contain more sulfites than red wine. However, sulfites are only one of the dangerous additives contained in U.S. wines. Frey's Vineyards, Mendocino County, California, does not add sulfites to their wines. Alcohol is not good for you. Period! If you believe that you must drink alcohol for whatever reason, Vodka is your best bet. If you want to really feel good the next day, have plenty of sex!

No wonder you felt awful afterwards! A LITRE is more than a standard bottle ( 750ml ) so you had drunk a bottle & a quarter!! Wine is not really bad for you you take a glass or maximum two of it with food, & not every 2 hours!

They say a couple of glasses a day is good for you but maybe the fact you downed a litre has more to do with it lol

not really sure about that, but it does contain sulfites, which you may or may not be allergic to, but can get wine without them at a liquor store
