I have found that shows like South Park and even all the way back to All in the Family are excellent ways to humorously point out character flaws in people. What better way to show how stupid racism is than to make fun of it.

becuz there is a Jewish family in South Park and it's they have funny dialogue back and forth with each other. plus when Cartman says things, the Jewish boy has a come back and he corrects him. So the audience watching this at home learns a lesson. I like South Park in the most part because it always ends with a good moral lesson. I just wish there was swear wods so my son could watch it.

Cartman's been brought up by an overindulgent mother who hasn't created any borders on his behavior and hasn't put enough effort into molding her son. He's subconsciously angry at her because of this, and lets it out on others, including Jews.
Still gotta love him, though!

Cartman hates everyone and everything except his Cheezy Poofs and pot pies.
Matt and Trey need his character so they can feed off it and give the episode its moral conclusion.
