i am a 12 year old girl that is a BIT overweight and just for myself i wnat to get thinner and taller. i am 150 cm. and 47 kg. I don't have time to go to a gym. please help me.

Eat Healthy
don't eat out everyday
Exercise before you go to bed say 25 sit-ups or crunches on both sides of your body.
do push ups too
get alot of sleep
use stairs instead of elevator..

just stuff like that should help

Just watch what you eat and walk allot. Avoid sugar foods. Just remember too much will make you gain weight and just a little will allow you to taste without gaining weight. Try to eat more fruit instead of candy.

Pick out one day out of the week to eat bad stuff. Candy, high calorie foods etc. Then all other days, eat salads and such. A girl your age can lose weight just by being active alone. You should take walks as much as possible or enjoy outdoor activities with family and friends.

Remember this sugar such as candy, cakes, donuts, etc...are considered worse than eating just allot of calories. Like eating tons of cooked food all day long is bad, but eating tons of junk food is worse because it sits in your stomach longer. That's why people get those like pot bellies. Like really round? well That comes from eating tons of sugar or for some adults.....tons of beer.

You may also want to consider not taking that second helping of your mother's special dish. That will help lower your calorie intake. basically, If you eat less your body will eventually not need as much food to let you know your full. Eventually it will take less and less food to fill you up. Maybe in the mornings instead of having such a big breakfast, Maybe have just a peanut butter sandwich and some juice or yogurt.

Try all of those things, but try to be more active.

do all your house hold works on your own like washing clothes,sweeping room etc.... whenever you need to go out try cycling or walking.. avoid junk foods...eat food only thrice a day(+evening snacks )

never ever be in diet... you are still young and diet can have negative effect on your health
