Go to beeroyalproducts.com and get their Hydrating Creme Concentrate for body and the Hydrating Creme Extreme for your face. It doesn't contain any petroleum products like Vaseline and most others. It is just as they advertise "goes on like a cream but feels like a powder. It is absolutely the best product out there and I have tried it all. What I found out is that almost all moisturizers (especially the stuff you get at discount stores and department stores) contain ether petroleum, mineral oils, vegetable oils (olive oil) and/or alcohol. All of these actually contribute to drier skin.

I respectfully disagree with the belief that mineral oil is bad for your skin. There are many different types of mineral oil

Cosmetics-grade mineral oil and petrolatum are considered the safest, most non-irritating moisturizing ingredients ever found (Sources: Cosmetics & Toiletries, January 2001, page 79; and Cosmetic Dermatology, September 2000, pages 44–46). Yes, they can keep air off the skin to some extent, but that's what a good antioxidant is supposed to do; they don't suffocate skin! Moreover, mineral oil and petrolatum are known to be efficacious in wound healing, and are also considered to be among the most effective moisturizing ingredients available (Source: Cosmetics & Toiletries, February 1998, pages 33–40).

Mary Kay purifies it down and uses only the best parts in our formula. Baby Oil is NOT a cosmetic grade.

If you are interested in any samples I would be happy to send you some we have one for very dry skin called extra emollient night cream that locks in and seals mositure it might be what you need. My customers use this for heals elbos and a few with very dry skin on their face.

You want to use a lotion or creme that does NOT contain mineral oil as the molecular structure is too large to penetrate the pores of your skin, sitting on the top layer like saran wrap. This causes dirt and debris to collect on your skin and causes irritation, dryness, or other skin related issues (pimples). These products just get wiped over time leaving you little or no benefit. You want to stick with a oure water based product that will penetrate the dermis and deeply condition and hydrate your skin with the proper ingredients for maximum benefit. If you're going to use a day crème, use one with a SPF of 8, anything higher can be too irritating for the skin on a daily use. You might want to try Arbonne's anti-aging day crème or intelligence moisturizer. Both are botanically based, pure, safe, and beneficial. If you're open to trying a free sample, I'll be happy to send you one.

I have extremely dry skin that cracks and bleeds in the winter...the only products I have ever found that really work were:
Neutrogena - the shower oil...apply in the shower, keeps moisture in skin
Aveeno - an oatmeal based cream that is not too sticky, hypo-allergenic
Glysomed - has silicone, good barrier cream
Olive Oil (good quality extra-virgin) - put on face in a thin layer at night
Almond oil (do NOT use if you are allergic to nuts!!!) - same as Olive Oil application
Good Luck!!!

Use a good moisturizer or I suggest you try using Zenmend Derma Lotion from Zenmed or Autopalm from Skinstore.com.

Zenmend has no side effects and it's non-irritant to the
skin. It's proven to works fast and it povides Maximum
results! It's certainly a good lotion to prevent further
outbreaks.

Another product that I think is effective is Autopalm. This
dry skin mlm is one of the best seller at skinstore.com now.
(Skinstore.com holds more than 10,000 skin care products) It's pretty effective, and worth the dollar paid out.

instead of using products have you tried changing your diet? a good diet will give you a good source of vitamins which are vital for healthy skin, look out for vitamins A and B as these are important for healthy skin...
