You need to either exercise more to make your calorific output greater than your intake. Or eat less. Or it may be that your body has simply grown accustomed to your mode of exercise. If you vary your exercise routine then it will "rev up" your calorie burning. Try to walk more too. Don't take elevators, park your car further away from where you need to be, that kind of thing. Sometimes small changes over time can help a lot in the bigger picture.
You may simply have reached a plateau in your weightloss. This happens, and is discouraging, but will resolve in the end if you keep at it. Good luck.

It is all about the INPUT calories and the OUTPUT calories.
From experiences, how much is your OUTPUT calories?
Different people has different metabolism. Therefore, high metabolism means high OUTPUT calories and vice versa.
Know your body and act according to it. If you really want to slim down for health, then dont think about the swimming suit you are going to wear in 2 months. Instead stay devoted and discpline on your aim. Try the link below. Research on what is the calories on various food. Create several packages of combination of balances healthy food you should take strictly everday. Add up the calories and sum up the total calories you INPUT.
When OUTPUT > INPUT, the body mass reduce slowly everyday. With discpline, it will work out.
additional effort is exercise to increase OUTPUT.
When OUTPUT increase, rate of OUTPUT increase. very logical. Think about it. "
Besides that, i also read up some of the comment from others and also some other facts i happen to get from my friend as well as from this website (You can try browsing through the diet section in this website)
Well i do not have a weight problem (im a male) standing at 6' feet tall at 121-125 pound. I think i have high metabolism. It is a gift though.
If you do not have high metabolism gift, exercise and i mean really do it. It increase calories output.
good luck

First of all, you are a good weight for your height. You don't really need to see those numbers go down. What is your ultimate goal? Your main "complaint"? Is it that you look flabby? If you don't like the way you look/feel, you can try things other than losing weight. What do you do for exercise? You didn't give a whole lot of info but my off the cuff answer would be to suggest that you continue to eat healthy and add aerobic exercise and weight lifting on a regular basis. The aerobic exercise will burn fat, while at the same time, the weight lifting with firm your muscles. These two things will make you look better (firmer) but the numbers really shouldn't get a lot lower. Of course, you need to make sure you are in good health - if necessary see a doctor for approval before starting a rigorous exercise regimen. Good luck!

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

You should try cross-training so that your body has new aerobic and resistance challenges to try. That will energize your body and help you lose those 10 pounds.
