The doctor after biopsy said it is harmless limps and will remain. I would like to know is there any way i can remove these ugly projections from my hands.

I have had this same condition at the wrist and was diagnosed 40 years ago. They did remain for many years , but eventually it went away. It is possible you can have Them removed, but I always feel it's better to avoid surgery unless it's absolutely necessary.

consult another doctor for a second opinion.

Get a second opinion. Are they cysts, calcium deposits, bone spurs? Either you weren't given enough information or you've not explained it clearly. I would think if they are harmless, they could be removed by traditional surgery, lasik or sonic.
