It should be fine. I have splurged and have gotten my hair done at a Salon every few months and they never say not to wash my hair for x amount of time.
You may want to use a color treated shampoo though.

You need to wait 48 hours after coloring to wash you, that way you will not damage the hair and the color will have time to set in.

It really depends on your hair type, if you have thin hair you should wait at least 2 days after coloring it before you can wash it, but if you have thick hair you should wait 4 days at the least, because you want the color to sink in your hair.

I often wash my hair in the morning, and then shade my hair in the evening. That way my hair is a splash grimy, yet no longer lots. Your easily think to attend after washing your hair, yet i'm not sure why.

24 hours is long enough to allow the color to really set in. There is no need to go longer than 24 hours.

usually for one day so the color can sink in. There also shampoo that help to enhance and keep the colour in your hair when wash
