Calling in sick is not an option because today is my last day of work for the week for a 3 day weekend and my company frowns upon those who call in sick the day before and the day after a long break. I answer phones all day and help customers. To add to my sorrow, I've go unbelieveable menstrual cramps. What do I do?

You may as well call in sick anyway because as soon as you get there you'll be turned away - you can't do your job.
Your company probably frowns upon those who call in sick the day before because its hectic trying to get someone to replace you - but how can you help it? They'll have to suck it up because you have no other option.

I've lost my voice on many occasion. I hate it. You can't answer the phone 'cause all you get is - "what? WHAT? I can't understand you." and you can't have a conversation/ have an opinion. Its probably best to treat your voice loss through the cause - is it lost because of a sore throat or excessive mucus? Try sipping hot water and honey or a watery tea - that helped me sometimes.

Menstrual cramps - heard of ponstan? Ive used this since before it became an over-the-counter drug. Have a break.

Take a tablespoon full of honeybee, squeeze the juice of a lemon (small sized one) and take it three times a day for today. Tomorrow sleep deliciously and recover your health, take care.

Oh, and for the menstrual cramps, hot presses in the abdomen (made with hot water and a cloth) three times a day. Give it a chance, and if it does not work, take Tylenol or a painkiller.
