No - ive been ill with cancer and depending on the type, i belive i got blood cancer from running my body down and over working, dealing with death and having a very stressed life, and not eating properly and working 48 hour shifts all in 1 weekend,
but i got blood cancer, but im better now.
different reasons for different cancers.
