I know you eat fruit for about a week and it cleanses your system. Does it help me lose any weight if so how much?

It might help but I am not so sure because fruits contains lot of carbs, I would better recomend vegetable diet and 2 fruits at day only and on the morning.
You eat all vegetables you want during day (except potatoe and avocado) without dressing and stuff like that during 3 days and 2 fruits at day. You can do this only for 3 days, one week would be very bad for your health.
