If I go into tools, internet ops, settings, view files I can see all the internet pages I've looked at recently, I want to find out if there's any way to recover them after I deleted them. Hope you can help, thanks!

If you use Norton it has a feature called Protected Recycle Bin and you can restore deleted files from there.

If you use "internet options", you will need a data recovery program. If you delete them by highlighting the files, they will be in the 'Recycle bin".
