I think it is a very good description. If it is going to be a "title" to your blog, then yes, you should capitolize it. If you are using as a simple description elsewhere on the page, no need to use capitols.

Hope your stories will be inspirational and that they will change lives for the better.

good luck

Your sentence is proper English. It is also fairly good description.

FYI, if you are worried about proper English, the word "its" is the possive of the word "it" as in "Every dog has its day." The word "it's" is a contraction of "it is" as in "It's a sunny day."

You also need an indefinate article in front of "description." Your sentence should start off, "It's a description...." Also, the use of quotes around "short stories" are really unnecessary, and your use of an ellipsis at the end of your sentence is incorrect. All that is needed is a period. In your question, you shouldn't capitalize the "I" in "is."

I don't mean to be picky, but if you are going to worry about proper English, you need to worry about proper English. I know I make mistakes, but I strive to keep them to a minimum.

I think it's a great title, but I hope you will capitalize.

It is correct, but I think it is more litterary to say "a story can change a life"
