I would take the cat to the Vet just to be on the safe side.
It maybe nothing, but only a Vet can tell you for sure.
The sneezing could be a sign that your cat has an Upper Respiratory Infection...that's not something you can treat yourself and it will not go away on it's own.
Also the fact that you called her and she had no response is troubling...a seizure of some kind...while not likely... is also a possibility.
Take kitty to the Vet, better safe than sorry.
Good luck!

If this is the only time this happens I wouldn't be too worried about it. She may have a kitty cold or a hairball. If she continues sneezing and fluid is on the ground take her to the vet ASAP. She could have an upper respiratory infection, or something more serious than that.

sometimes they get a cold, you can check its temperature, get a book on cat care, sometimes vet may give antibiotic to prevent any secondary infection they may get from cold (why even with cold humans should sometimes take antibiotics, because can cause a secondary bacterial respiratory infection), sometimes sneezing could be indicating a serious feline disease if you let your cat outside w/out vaccinations, if indoor cat and doesn't go outside with other cats may not be, if after a couple of days or seems to have fever, call vet and ask if should bring in.

Cat's sneeze for the same reason people sneeze. She could have a cold or she could have had some dust up her nose.If this continues take her to the Vet the same as you would take your child to the Dr. our pets are counting on us to keep them healthy.

your cat was just taking in a scent deep into the lungs, this is very normal when they want to smell something extensively

If this remains an isolated incident, I wouldn't worry. If it starts happening a lot, or if other symptoms appear (e.g. lethargy, loss of appetite, runny eyes), you should call your vet and ask what they think. They might tell you to bring her in, or to just wait and see.

I hate to break it to you, but your cat is a cocaine addict. She'd probably just toked up prior to sneezing, and was feeling the full force of the buzz when you looked at her. You might want to search her litter box, as that's usually where cats will hide their stash. If you confirm her addiction by finding the drugs, then you may have to check her into rehab.
Good Luck.
