Depending on what fruits are available and what is your liking, just add some honey on top of them, granola, and plain yogurt.

Of course you use fruits that are available by season. My favorites are fresh pineapple, navel oranges, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, ripe peaches or nectarines and etc. Wash thoroughly and cut into bite size pieces. You can use as many fruits as you like or even just a few but the pineapple is key because it is so sweet it makes the other fruits taste better. You don't need whipped cream but then again if you wish, you can use it. I sometimes add a sprinkle of walnuts or pecans. Yum!

Really, you can use any fruit you want. When I make it, I use sliced bananas (tossed/coated with a little lemon juice to keep them from turning brown), red and green grapes, cantaloupe, honey dew, watermelon and strawberries--all fresh fruits. You can use canned if you want, but it's mushy and not nearly as good. If you want to use frozen fruit, make sure it's thawed and drained completely before mixing up your salad, or it'll be watery.

Chopped apple, pear, banana, plums, nectarine and oranges
Place in a big bowl and cover with half a pint of orange juice(this stops the fruit from going brown and tastes nice too)
cover and fridge until needed!
