i heard in te news today that a girl raped and barried alive and now the parents wants him to go to the death penalty
Do you know where that happend, what's the name of the girl or parents,

The reason you just heard about it and don't follow the news that much is because it happened quite a while ago. The guy was just found guilty.
It was in Florida. The girl was missing from her house for a few days. The guy lived a couple of houses away. He took off after the police questioned him and later admitted to a friend what he had done.
Took the girl from her house, sexually assaulted her, and buried her in a plastic bag while she was still alive. And now the DA is asking for the death penalty.

All i heard was that the guy took the petaphile took the girl from her bedroom, raped her, held her in a closet in his trailor, forced her into two garbage bags, tied them up and buried her alive. While they looked for her, the rapist went to go have a couple of drinks. The Father stared at the petaphile thru the whole court process and the killer just doodled on a piece of paper as if he didn't care.

Its a trial that is happening in Miami Florida.. the little girl's name is Jessica Lunsford. The father's name is Mark Lunsford. The murderer who was convicted yesterday is John Couey. The father has not said publicly one way or the other if he wants the death penalty.

If it is the same one I think it is, It was in the State of Florida, In the USA, I am not 100% certain on that, but I think you will hear more bout it today. He was convicted, But as of last night when I went to bed, He was not sentence yet.

I don't remember the names involved, but the crime happened in Florida. The girl was taken in broad daylight from a car wash; a security camera got the pictures.
Tragically, the girl suffocated to death within a few blocks of her home. Her killer was a neighbor, a child molester out of prison.
I hope he fries!

That is just horrific. It goes to show that we need stronger laws against sex offenders. They should be forced to live in prison for the rest of their lives. It makes me sick that the U.S. allows sex offenders to live in a neighborhood filled with children. To them it's like they are in a candy shop. I personally think that if you kill a child then your life is forfeit. I can't imagine how the parents are feeling.

Wow! I didn't hear that, but that's just horrendous. I don't usually support death penalty, but this guy deserves it, because he's a sadistic maniac.
