Stop worrying. Examinations are real tests for testing your health. Be positive. You are studying thoroughly. Why you get tension. The tension make you restless. Have good sleep everyday. Day and Night goes on. Like that March 17 comes, you write the examination without worry. Once started, every tensioins is releassed. Pray your Amighty to give cool, calm and serene mind any situation.

Pamper yourself (bubble bath, etc), get enough rest, go for a run (or take a yoga class, whatever you want just get some exercise), and set aside a certain amount of time each day to study so that, when you're taking the exams, you know you've done all you can to prepare.

Relax, take deep breaths when you start to feel panic coming on. And what might help you is to organize your studying. Based on which exam you have first, put in your organizer study time for that peticular subject and how much time you plan to spend on it. Stick to that plan so that you don't freak out later if you didn't get to it.
After you get done with studying, or an exam treat yourself to something as a reward. That way you have something to look forward to when its over.

Have a refreshing glass of ice water and look out the window. Take 20 intentional deep breaths through the nose, exhale through the mouth. That will relax you when you start feeling the blood pressure rising!

You have to learn it yourself. Your exam you have to be calm. You should have faith in your memory. Write your examination nicely. Be positive and try to concentrate on your exam and do nicely. Don't worry about other things.
Remember the following words.
One thing at a time
And that done well.
Good Luck rather labour.

Just try to relax. Divert your mind and do things that you enjoy - I used to watch movies during exams. Prepare yourself well becoz this really helps. Make sure you have done your best and then do not try to do any last minute things. It makes things worse.
