I was on a 4500 calorie diet for a long time because I am an enduarnce athlete. As hard as I tried I could not manage to eat that much food, it was too much and there was not enough time in the day! So whether you are trying to eat LESS or in my case MORE, it's tough!

You have to eat filling foods that are good for you. Make your menus ahead of time. Make sure you shop with a list to ensure you have everything you need to stick to your menu within reach. Once you get in the groove you'll be fine ( =

Disipline. Also, its not necassarily what you eat, its portion control. Cut out all things high in sugar from your diet. Eat things with carbohydrates in the morning and some in the afternoon, and eat more protein around dinner time. Don't eat before you got to sleep. It's not just eating though, you have to exercise regularly.
