No the reason they are halal is that they do not contain animal fat like in most normal sweets, and when halal meet is done its throat is slit not beheaded

Mecca and Medina are a big part of facing east to pray but, you need to understand another element that comes in to play.... the sun rises in the east. The Islamic religion is not the only religion that orients belief towards the east. The sun, moon and stars are a part of a lot of religions.

i doesn't matter sugarcanes were head towards The Mecca or not.what is most important,it doesn't have animal gelatin.
