Do you think its correct to always be 100% honest?

Are you talking about being blunt honest? If so no! If you are talking about being honest in general then I would say yes!!
I will give you an example.. "honey, do I look good in this dress?" blunt answer.. NO! same question but general honest... I really like that red, low cut dress you wear.
The first way you probably will cause some hurt feelings. The second way you are expressing a desire to see the red dress without hurting the persons feelings by saying they don't like the other dress.
Honest with consideration is always better than out right blunt honesty!

I am always 100% honest, but I know many people don't appreciate it. Some people prefer it, some people hate it. I think it's up to your personality.

i am always honest. this has got me into trouble on more than one occasion, but i truely think "dont ask if you dont want the true answer" no time for lies or soft soaping :S

it depends.... are you talking about in relationships? in jobs? the answers would be different. i believe in honestly. especially in a relationship. if you dont have trust in a relationship i dont think it stands a chance
