My ex-gf of 3 years who 2 months ago ditched me for some guy she hardly knew tried to phone me twice today. I cant speak to her because it hurts my heart still. Am I doing the right thing? I would like to know how she is etc etc, but speaking to her might just upset all the protective bounding around my heart. I gave up alot for her and just seeing what she did broke me. I know i shouldnt be an asshole and speak, but it is difficult. I am starting to heal, do sporting stuff and speaking to other girls. Should I look back?

When she ditched you,it hurt.Now your getting over the pain.Don't renew your friendship,because if she's got away with it once she'll do it again.She'll play you like a patsy.It's over,it was her decision.Move on

Talk to her at least once. You'll be too curious otherwise.
Besides, if she's trying to get you back, you may want to know about that.
