No, He gave the whole free will to His Creation, He kept none for himself.

Since we are created in the image and nature of God it follows that God has also free will just like us.
The best proof that God has free will is the Crucifixion of Jesus. If God wanted to stop it he could have done so. In fact, God ignored the request of Jesus to be spared from the cross.
Peace and every blessing!

Knowing the Creator God (of the Bible) by name, helps to make it clear that he does have free will.

His name as it appears originally in the Bible, actually means "He Causes to Become". This indicates that he can CHOOSE to be whatever he needs to be (in terms of taking on a role) in order to accomplish something.

For example, he exercised free will to become the "Creator" when making his first creation - the spirit creature who later came to be known as Jesus.

He also has exercised free will in becoming a Redeemer, Hearer of Prayer, etc.

(At the same time, God's qualities and laws and principles are unchangeable. This means that God always acts in harmony with them. The way he is means he would never choose a wrong course. For example, the Bible says it is impossible for God to lie.)

Not in the libertarian sense. He can't choose to do anything that would violate His essence. God is bound to who He is by nature. Humans are as well.

I don't know. I would never ask Him a question such as that.
Why don't you ask Him yourself?

I'm sure it's pretty expensive, really.
