when i talk to my juniors or colleagues, i feel OK but when i talk to my superiors, i feel uncomfortable that is why my bosses misunderstand me.i am not able to communicate properly ,i get tensed.

Lack of self confidence. Believe in yourself and forget about the consequences.

If some one is assigning me some extra job might be they need the samples the same which is not possible at all, My boss uses to tell me, Rajeswari If it is no means u tell them no. Dont hesitate.

2. Though you made it wrong or the other person is saying that it was wrong, argue with them that u r right. You should be stubbern. Maximum dont admit mistakes.

This cannot be done every time. In some cases u have to accept if u r wrong. Always dont use the word sorry. The higher officials hate this word. that means dont make mistake always and tell sorry to them.

Do one thing at a time

Analyse your superiors behaviour first and then move with them accordingly. Some may short tempered, some will having headweight, Some they will maintain a gap. some might be social

Always be friendly with ur superior. be frank with them, give them proper respect. Wish them in the morning. it is a good habit. Tell them whatever it is frankly only the truth. If u r shy type also, no problem. Atleast only give proper answers to their questions simple short but sweet and polite

first don't think that person sitting opposite to you is ur boss or higher up jus think that they are also same like you (but when u speak u have to use the appropriate word like sir/madam)
try to listen what they are asking u then in a medium pace of voice and speech speed you start ur conversation (ur voice shouldnt be so low it should be audible) use simple sentences and talk throw some questions on them so that if they reply to u then u can easy tell them THATS WHAT I AM TRYING TO EXPLAIN YOU
this will work out dont worry or dont get tensed be cool
for a long term solution try to improve ur vocabalory
that will give u confidence to handle any situation

try try and try again u must gain confidence and know ur subject well then put ur point across u know if u have done ur home work others will be taken aback and u will make an impression.
if uer born on a 4th of amonth u r likely to be misunderstood so clarity andNO ambiguity is the answer to ur problem

Just take a deep breath and convey your contribution. Keep in mind your superior is just a human being, just like you. He/she is not a better human being, they just hold a better position. :)

u may not have a datailed information abt da topic or u r a shy person. u lack confidence &reasoning. make these sides of ur personality strong & u can solve ur problem urself. don't get scared while talking. talk freely & hv a reason for wat u say.

tell them answer is it right or wrong why are you upset if is it wrong they never kill you even you learn somthing or gain confident
