What do you guys think of this song I just wrote?
Its kinda made for a loud rock song.

(Intro): "This War ends tonight!"

(verse1) "Drifting through the days
My life in some kinda haze
Is this a phase?
Is this a maze?
Where do I go from here?
How do I release my fear?
I hear you calling me near
So I will declare

(Chorus) This is the last day
That I feel this way
This is the last night
That I fight this fight
This is the night
This war ends tonight

(Verse2) This is the call
To end it all
The death of my hypocrisy
Call it my apostacy

(Chorus) This is the last day
That I feel this way
This is the last night
That I fight this fight
I close my eyes and finally see bright
I become blind and finally have sight
So take me and hold me tight
This war ends tonight

Doesn't sound bad, but I fear that you left too much open in the text. In fact the text could mean anything, for example your final decision to stop tax evading. Or something like that.

Rubbish that has the depth of a third graders poem. To much rhymes and very childish rythmic structure. !!! Ive become blind from laughter. Keep practicing though.

The Vedas say,
that one should not remain in darkness and go forward on the path of light (tamasi ma jyotir gama).

Krishna is like sun and maya(ignorance) is light
Where there is Krishna there is maya(ignorance).

Physical blindness is not bad.
Spiritual blindness is bad and one loses one's own self.
