If kept out of harms way (like kept indoors strictly) it could live as long as any other cat (barring health issues not about the blindness). Average cats live to be 15 with good care.

My grandma was legally blind the last 30 years of her life and she lived to be 97, 2 mo before her 98 birthday.

So, it shouldn't effect the age any.
