Any guy can have any woman, its not the same the other way round as men are more fussy believe it or not when choosing long term partners!
Any woman who is targeted and approached in the right manner at the right time is vulnerable, this includes women who are already dating or even married with kids.
This is why it always makes me laugh when guys are talking and someone says 'oh shes already spoken for', what a wimpy attitude.
You dont have to be good looking or even rich, but you need total confidence in yourself, you need to be prepared to persevere and you need determination.
Think of it this way as a guy; you are in a relationship and another girl who is pleasant and likeable declares she is crazy about you. You try to ignore it at first then the thought of you together keeps popping into your head, just like when you dont like a song on the radio at first but it gets stuck in your head and you end up buying it!!! Job done. From here its plain sailing, even if you have steak at home you still fancy a hamburger now and then.
You do need some way of connecting and gaining someones attention, so it requires that you are known somehow to the woman you intend to conquer. Good luck.

depends on your views a bit. If you believe that you can learn to love someone else then yes. If you go with the pheromone concept then no.
