Ok so i ahve various problems, GP cant do anything. awaiting appt with neurologist in 4 weeks.

in the past couple of weeks, the occasional click of joints has accelerated to almost every joint in my body clicking A LOT.

i dont have any pain associated but this is highly unlike my joints.

i have problems with circulation. do you think that this could be causing muscle weakness and therefore clikcing?

what do you think it could be?

Well, sometimes with joint clicking....it could be a cyst, but if all your joints are clicking I believe it would be highly unlikely that you are filled with cysts.

Have you spoken to your doctor about TMD or TMJ? Both of these cause bone clicking.

Since you didn't mention your age, circulation could be a number of things. If you smoke, you are more likely to have troubles with blood circulation. If you are diabetic, you also run the chance of difficulties in blood circulation. Exercise, what you eat and what you do on a daily basis can all inprove your circulation.
Try to stretch every 30 minutes. You can do it in a chair if you have troubles standing for a 30 minute time block.
Raise your arms up to your shoulders and 'hug' yourself with one arm at a time, gently pressing against the elbow of the arm your hugging yourself with, press it towards your body. You will feel a slight tension in your shoulder and upper back, don't push too hard, just stretch gently. Repeat with other arm.
Lift one leg at a time, pressing your toes toward your body and your heel away. Start slow...maybe 5 or 10 presses with the toes. This stretches the muscles in the back of your leg and brings blood to circulate. It is also great for helping the muscles to stay stronger, so that weakness isn't a major problem.
You can bend your body forward, side to side and then lift yourself so that you are sitting extremely straight...this helps with the back and chest.

Also, try to find a yoga website that will teach you simple breathing exercises. It might sound odd, but it does help to get your body's blood moving.

Good luck and I hope this helps.

I think that I would ask your GP to see if you can get in to the neurologist sooner. Also, I know you said that you don't think it is joint related but I would recommend having an evaluation with a rheumatologist (drs who treat joint disorders and disease) any way to make sure that it isn't because based on the symptoms you are having it sounds like it could be related to your joints.

As for the circulation issues that will have to be checked out by a cardiologist down the road but I recommend starting with the other two first to see what they come up with.

Usually cracking of joints is the displacement of synovial fluid that are in your joints and is completely harmless and painless. Sometimes my joints pop alot sometimes not. You could take glucosimine which could help joint health. Check with your doctor though.
