Do you only run? I am also scared myself of getting chunky from over-exercise. Don't stop exercising, maybe try more longer-distance jogging? Slower, longer running (as in jogging) uses different muscle fibres as to the muscle fibres your body uses while running and sprinting. These sprint fibres increase muscle and tend to make you "bulk up" more than the muscle fibres used while jogging.
Also, change your exercise routine. Perhaps run one day, walk the other and then cycle?
Goodluck.

Walk briskly, instead of running, and continue at a good pace for about 60 - 90 minutes.
Watch your diet, calorie intake from good sources only and reduce your current daily intake by about 200Kcals.
