I'm going to Cuba in November and I was wondering the best way to learn a few basic phrases. Possibly a CD or something? Does it work listening to it in your sleep? Cheers guys, I love this site.

I've enclosed a link to the web site where I learned a lot of Spanish. I now live in the Dominican Republic and have to speak Spanish all day. This website is what helped me to do that. Also I have a friend in Cuba who is a medical doctor and if you're interested I can give you his e-mail address. You can translate the letter through the other web site I've enclosed.

If you have any questions please let me know.

What's the big deal ,get some phrasebook or ask someone in the net to tell you the phrases you want to learn.
Listening to it in your sleep doesn't work either, you actually have to make an effort to learn those phrases...
