I think you might be f**cked, mate.
The only solution I can come up with, especially if this bird's a nutter, is to pre-empt her telling your missus. Tell you missus that she came on to you, you turned her down and that she's been threatening to say you two did cheat unless you shag her.
This really depends on whether old BB has any proof... and how you feel about lying to save your ***!
