I HAVE been to a 'cafe rouge' and it was nice.
the one at Salford Quays by the Lowery Centre.

I've been in several throughout England & Scotland and the food/coffee etc is generally quiote good but the service is consistantly appalling.

I've been to 3 or 4 different branches and have always had a great meal there.
