is it more natural to let only the products of the tear duct clean the eye...or is a good splash of water in the eyes every morning a positively good thing?

I keep my eyes shut. I think this is probably instinct - and that people would have to consciously work to keep their eyes open if something is coming towards them. I think in the morning, it's a good idea to clean away the crud from sleep with water - tear ducts can't do this on their own. A good splash of water on the face is a good thing generally in the morning as a way of waking up refreshingly...as long as you're the one doing the splashing, not someone else when you're fast asleep!

I close them. i think letting the tear ducts clean your eyes in washing your face is an exceedingly undesirable element. specific the tear ducts can constantly clean your eyes, yet in line with it too lots is undesirable, or perhaps risky. The tear ducts will clean your eyes whilst it desires to-- whilst there is airborne dirt and dust, etc. thank you
