is so attractive. He's just so nice; I've never met anyone like him, or been treated so well.
I just met him, but I'd like to ask him out. Is it okay to tell him I admire him for being such a nice guy?
Or would he be put off?

of course it's okay to tell him that! he'll totally be pleased! he'll be so happy that someone admires his great personality. why would a compliment put somebody off? go for it! it's not an everyday incident that you meet such a great guy.

wow an unshallow person.. i knew being nice would get someone somewheres... theres no harm in telling someone the truth unless they cant handle it...
