hiya i am 19 years old and i am wanting to get a exercise video that is great for keeping fit and toning up - i love music and dancing and getting a fast workout !! and ideas ???

The Ministry of SOund one Pump it Burn it Lose it is really great fun, and the moves are easy to do. It is a good workout that will leave you sweating - it has a really good soundtrack too. You should definately try it!

rosemary conley has some great dvd's and alot of them have a short work out at the beginning, if you want a long workout you just leave the dvd playing till the end and it includes some very hard to dance move to get you puffed out. also includes a warm down at the end. i lost 2 stone using her diet and dvd's.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No solids of liquids other than water in between. Please include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet.

Please chew each morsel of food 32 times. This activates ur body system to monitor ur food intake.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. These changes in ur routine will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time.
