i can't stand the non-fat,natural stuff (the ones that taste like rubbish) so i go for the non-fat ones, and i think they're a healthy snack (as opposed to things like chips, cookies etc) but i might be wrong and gaining weight for it.

Plus, some yoghurt brands say they're 98/99% fat free but i find that hard to believe cos' some of them don't taste fat free (not that i'm complaining, but from experience i know things that taste good usually come with consequences).

would be helpful if someone could give me some pointers-thanks!

Always eat in moderation. I would try some fruits or veggies for snacks too, like baby carrots, grapes, apple, whatever you like and is easy to take with. Go for the natural foods. Another tip is if you feel like you're about to cheat or eat something not great for you, or before a meal, drink a glass of water. It will help fill you up so you wont be able to eat as much as you would normally. Also keep physically active so your metabolism stays up.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No solids of liquids other than water in between. Please include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet.

Please chew each morsel of food 32 times. This activates ur body system to monitor ur food intake.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. These changes in ur routine will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time. With this regime u can eat almost any thing.

Dont eat it with fruit mixed in - it rots in your intestines before it assimilates through your colon wall. Try the vanilla flavored type instead. Make sure it has digestive enzymes. Make sure your not lactose intolerant. You should be fine if you meet these criteria.
