To this end Christ died and lived again, so that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.
-Romans 14:9

I am convinced that people of faith do live and die better, for they are able to face life's storms with greater peace than those who walk without faith that God is walking beside them. As we live and as we die, people of faith have assurance of God's presence with them.

My friend, before I answer questions on this site, I pray for the Lord to guide me and give me His words to whoever He chooses.

I dont sense His presence, but I trust that He does lead me and give me the words He wants me to say.

I am here for His glory. I write because He cares for people and wants to help them. I am His tool.

I agree with you 100%. Even in our suffering we have peace, assurance and comfort in His Word. John 1 says that He is the Word. Having the Word in us is also Having His presence in us for we trust and rely on His Word even in our darkest moments.

This is very true. When you have faith in God, nothing is more important than the presence of God. He comes before all the earthly mess and drama. Thanks for this question.

Yes, but there's no progression. They live in a state of arrested development addicted to a placebo. The human race will cease to exist if religions reign of apathy is not finished soon.
