Yes, I do. I am sure that you have heard of chapped skin or very dry skin from the cold. When your skin is exposed to the cold, it can dry out the natural oils on skin causing it to break. You can also do this by washing your hands a lot and stripping the natural oils that protect your skin. The oils kill bacteria that may be on the surface of your skin so exsessive drying or exposure do not give your body a chance to replenish those oils, I have gotten fungal infections on my hands before because of this.

Occasionally I tend to break out when the weather changes. And when it's cold outside, it can be rough on your skin to go inside where it's heated. My skin gets dry indoors with too much heat.

Im from Pretoria, and it doesn't get that cold here, but my skin gets very dry in winter. When I lived in London it was terrible. I had to use a lot of lotion.

your skin drys out more but thats pretty much it. Unless your talking about frostbite hahaha
