I am trying to keep track of my calorie intake to get into a really healthy routine and pick out areas i could cut back on.

My main problem seems to be my fruit intake. If I have an apple, bananna, satsumma, maybe some grapes etc then I am taking in huge amounts of calories. Should i cut back on these and if so how can I get the good nutrients.

Im not eating chocolate, crisps or sweets and have pretty healthy meals eg small amounts of pasta, whole grain stuff but still am going over my recomended calorie amount.

Please help i need healthy diet advice

you really shouldn't worry about your fruit intake, it's awesome that you've given up chocolate, sweets and crisps thats brilliant but if you don't eat your fruit your'e going not going to get natural sugars which your body needs.

they aren't hugely fattening, you need energy somehow and switching to pills instead of food is definately NOT! a good idea. because your body will get used to not having the intake of food and it'll just **** it up majorly.

Maybe, if you think, just reduce what you eat...i know it's really bad to do this, but maybe just eat a nice full breakfast, and miss lunch, and then eat a nice healthy dinner. But that's just me because i can do that. Some people cant so if thats a problem, just have something with a very low calorie content. Like salad, or yoghurt.

So try not eating lunch, if that's a problem, try eating little. =). Hope this helps x

ps - carbs are in fact complex sugars, so youre pretty much eating the same amount of calories in pasta as you are in fruit, just for the record =), if you really are truly desperate to lose weight, avoid carbohydrates =), bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, grains...well don't avoid all together or you'll die lol, but you know what i mean, cut down =)

Stop counting calories. Nobody every got overweight eating fruit, have you every seen a fat monkey? Probably not. Try something a bit simplier. Weight Watchers point system works very well and is much easier to manage than counting calories.

definite got here up with a 1200-1600 calorie meal plan (assorted it each and on a daily basis) and had 1800 on sundays (btw i grew to become into burning like 500 or extra energy swimming or kickboxing on maximum days) definite it did. in user-friendly terms difficulty that worked too, different than fruit cleansing definite it particularly is.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No solids of liquids other than water in between. Please include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet.

Please chew each morsel of food 32 times. This activates ur body system to monitor ur food intake.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. These changes in ur routine will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time.
