The practice of Ninjutsu is becoming more wide spread. I've noticed a lot of books which have come out.
I would try authors such as: Bud Malstrom, Jack Hoban, Steven K. Hayes, and Masaki Hatsumi has a lot of books out now. I'm sure you can find a local school teaching Ninjutu, or Ninpo taijutsu.
I know now with the internet there are a lot of distance learning courses which can work, if you dedicate yourself. Check out Steven K. Hayes' sight... the Quest Center. It is based out of Dayton Ohio, but others have started them all over.

There are very few real Ninjitsu resources available in the world today. There are a hand full of schools that actually teach it outside of Japan and only tow that I know of inside Japan. All the others teach there own style of Karate and they call it Ninjitsu because they throw in some throwing star/knife practice and sword work.

Masaaki Hatsumi is one of the few Ninjitsu Masters I'd actually trust today. He runs Bujinkan Dōjō out of Japan. He has a website where you can get some information if you search for him.
