There is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol, you need it to live, but Your body makes enough of the bad, so eliminating it (which is possible with a balanced vegan diet) is great (I've done it and have great cholesterol and blood pressure levels.
Plus I get the good cholesterol wih things like grapeseed oil (found in my veganaise) yum!

if you want to get rid of bad cholesterol. eat oatmeal every morning...

and mostly all diet products are not good because manufacturer added chemicals as fake sugar, some salt

I must suggest you to eat all natural meal only

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No solids of liquids other than water in between. Please include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet.

Please chew each morsel of food 32 times. This activates ur body system to monitor ur food intake.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. These changes in ur routine will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time.
