what should we eat to improve hair density?

Hair density is almost entirely genetic. If your parents have a particular type of hair, most likely you will too, no matter what you do.

But hair is made of proteins, so eating enough protein in your diet would be important. The vast majority of people already get enough protein in their diet, and overdosing on it will not do any further good to your hair.

Certain products can improve the volume of your hair (especially Pureology for volume) I had to stop using it because it gave me too much volume! Also eating foods rich in Omega like salmon can improve the shine and condition of your hair or by taking more vitamins but they will not make it any thicker. I definitely recommend you try the pureology (it's the pink bottle).

Mainly hair density is heredity. But having lots & lots of iron helps. If u r a non-vegetarian u must eat fish. U should daily oil ur hair. Mix some amla juice &shikakai in ur hairoil & massage ur hair with it.

Nothing. But you can use henna. Henna is from a plant and is what the Indian girls use to get those red-brown patterns on skin and nails. You get a neutral type which will not colour your hair. The henna will coat your hair which can thicken it. I know because I am using it.

do a splash diagnosis on the nutritional cholestrol (and fat) myths. Cholestrol is genuinely an important nutrient, in charge for all cellular wellbeing. our bodies needless to say produce the familiar public of the cholestrol that it needs (often a minimum of eighty%), and adjusts that quantity in keeping with our intake of it from nutritional materials. Ony a tiny % of the inhabitants have the defective gene that doesn't appropriate regulate organic cholestrol production, and that they have an inclination to produce to lots of it, to one degree or yet another, even while taking in 0 from nutritional materials (& intake from food plan in basic terms compounds the difficulty). those are the those that are genetically-disposed in the direction of coronary heart illness, and so on. everybody else (ninety 9.X% of the inhabitants) has no longer something to concern from dieatry cholestrol intake, maximum extraordinarily in the event that they're eating a balanced, wholesome food plan of the superb suited meals (low sugar, low grain, no sophisticated oils/fat, and so on.).
