I'm 17 years old Chinese boy, and I live in a tropical country. my height is 175cm , and my weight is 52 kg. am I under weight?

What should I do to make me fatter? I know that I must eat a lot, but can u give me a menu which I'd better follow, so I can increase my weight?

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No solids of liquids other than water in between. Please include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet.

Please chew each morsel of food 32 times. This activates ur body system to monitor ur food intake.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. These changes in ur routine will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time.

Ok! I am American and I am not that educated about the metric system of weights and measures. I will tell you this though, asian people are smaller than most and it is normal to be that weigh..lol...no pun intended. If you feel healthy, do not worry about it. You are probably incredibly healthy and can run really fast. I know what you mean as I am 5 ft tall and I only weigh 97 pounds and I have had 4 children and am 45 years old. It just dpends a lot on genetics and Asian folks, bless their hearts, have always been lucky in the way that they are slightly smaller and healthier as a result. Live long and prosper my friend. :)

I would a say a bit, try to get your self to about 65Kg for now.

Has your body reaches his adult phase your best weight should be has much your first 2 digits of your height in cm, meaning if you have 175cm, then you should weight 75Kg.

Don't try to change much your eating habits, just adds 2 more light meals during the day, and see what happens in the next 2-3 months.

One advise, don't try to make rapid changes with your body, he usually doesn't likes it.

It's easy to count:
52/1,75*1,75=52/3,0625=16,9

Yeah, a bit. To have a proper weight your BMI should be at least 18, that is you should weight 54. Good luck!

yes you are skinny. my advice is to keep eating (anything you can get your hands on), and give it time. when you get a little older your metabolism will probably slow down, making it easier to keep the pounds on. if not, well...it could be worse, much, much worse. just accept yourself as you are..alive
