At the simplist level a religion is made up of the requirement a group of people feel their god has placed on them. A myth does not necessarily involve any obligation on the part of the myth believer. A religion does. Also religion does not necessarily require an underlying myth. If a group of people believe they need to slay a goat, the goat slaying is religion. If that group does not know why they need to daily slay a goat, and has no story to explain the reason, they have no myth involved in their religion.
Theology is what a people thinks about their god and his way of deeling with the world. People who share a common theology are called a religion, but this is a different use of the word than above.
Spirituality is how an individual or group relates to what he believes are the non-physical aspects of the world. SPirituality does not necessarily need either a myth or religion. If a person feels something unatural or not physical around, recognizes that feeling, but does not believe it requires anything from him, and does not attempt to explain it through tales or stories, he could be said to be spiritual but neither religious nor a believer in a myth. A practisioner of some weird magic that has spell casting in it could be said to be spiritual, because he believes there is something more than just the physical world. He is not religious if he does not believe this something requires anything from him, and he does not have any myths as longs as he simply accepts the existence of this spiritual componant to the world without making up a story to explain how it came to be or tales about its interaction with people.
Myth is the collective popular beliefs and assumptions of a culture about themselves and their history that they use to underpin their identity or explain to themselves their relationship to the rest of the world. A myth does not have to be religious, and a myth does not have to be untrue. The holocaust, for example, is a myth in Israel. It happened, but the way they garner a large portion of their identity and use it to explain things about their culture makes it a myth. The AMerican Revolution is another myth that is true. There are also false myths, and there are religious myths.
There are even rationalist myths. For example, the story of Galileo v. the Church is a rationalist myth. It is a story they tell over and over because it says something about how they view tthemselces, he world and their relationship to other kinds of people.
Folklore is much broader and includes tales, legends, oral history, proverbs, jokes, popular beliefs, customs, and so forth within a particular population . Myths can be part of folklore, but so can things like the jackalope or Paul Bunyan, which are not a myth because it is not used to explain anything, it is simply a tale.

Myth and Folklore are just stories that are based on olden day heroes and such. Religion and spirituality is more about things the people believe in, like God and prophets and scripture.
Myth & Folklore eg. Jersey Devil
Religion & Spirituality eg. Jesus' Birth

I'm guessing because whomever created the forums believes that they are two separate sections. Some people believe they are the same. They may be, or not. Depends on how you look at it.

Not really, myth and forelork is exactly that. It does not teach about God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Religion and Spirituality is more about religion and questions about Bible scripture.

It's a sop to the religious, they would create a hell of a fuss if they were not being indulged in this way. Tyranny rules as usual.

No, M&F is about fairies, leprachauns, greek mythology, the lockness monster and stuff like that, whereas R&S is about beliefs and the practice of spiritual things and religions. They are different.
