So you are blowing your own horn heh? Well, lesbians usually sending mixed signals towards females because that's the sex they are attracted to. It's like when a guy is nice to you, you can't always assume that he loves you. Your co worker may just be being nice and because you know she's lesbian, you assume she likes you.

Same as you would if a guy you worked with found you attractive. Be flattered but don't encourage it. Lesbians are still human and will get the message as do men when you tell them you're not interested!

arent there any men around? i think you already know what you wanna do, it is your curiosity or you wouldnt be asking us here.
but maybe she only means it as a compliment..not all lesbians wanna jump on every new woman they meet..i am sure you wanna find out what a lesbian can do for you and to you.. but i think you should just accept the compliment and let it go at that.. i bet if a man told you the same thing at WORK, you would have him reported.

I was in that situation about 2 years ago but this woman wouldn't take no for an answer!
She got hold of my number and was txting me every day asking what i was doing! She even took pictures of me when i was working and told everyone on the internet i was her girlfriend.
In the end i had to quit my job to get away from her, hope this doesn't happen to you.
Tell her straight that you are not interested.

If u r sure this is how she feels then u got to tell her exactly how it is for u. Don't jump into a relationship with her just because u feel flattered. If u not lesbian then let her know.

whats wrong with her finding you attractive - its like you being attracted to a man that doesnt feel the same about you - you wouldnt expect him to do anything about it, you would just expect him to be flattered or just be cool

it's no different from a guy finding you attractive, if you are not interested just let her know politely if she comes on to you. If she is not doing anything apart from just admiring you from afar, just be flattered!!!

are you interested in her in anyway? if not then just tell her you're flattered but you aint interested in woman. its best to get it out in the open, she prob knows she hasnt got a chance and isnt bothering. but if its bothering you then just say. Dont keep things to yourself.
good luck
