myfico has cc info you put your score in and can find out which ones you could qualify for and it tells you if there is annual fees

Information about what the terms of the credit card you apply for are not part of your FICO score. Your FICO score is a statistical analysis of your credit files, based on your activity consisting of things like whether or not you pay bills on time, how much debt you have, how many outstanding loans, how many credit cards and the balance in relation to your limit on each, how many loans or credit cards you have applied for recently, etc.

Here are some websites where you can comparison shop for credit cards. Keep in mind that applying for a bunch of different credit cards will actually lower your credit score. Only apply for ones you actually need. Otherwise, you'll wind up with a bunch of inquiries on your credit report which starts looking like you're desperate.

You need to read the rates and terms of any loan or credit card you decided to apply for BEFORE you apply. It's all right there in the fine print on the application. Read it.
