I wanted to have an hawaiian beach wedding but i am not comfortable leaving it up to people that far away to plan it. I do not have the money to arrive a few days before the event either. I probably will only have 3000 dollars the ceremony and honeymoon. That includes food, airfare or gas, hotels, touristy things, souvenirs, marriage license, ceremony etc. It will only be my fiance and me for the wedding. I want a private ceremony.I'd love a beach wedding in an area where I could also honeymoon. I want it to be memorable and romantic. Any ideas are welcome. A beach wedding or a waterfall wedding sounds wonderful but I'm looking for something that will be simple to plan. I am getting married next may if that helps...

Well it would be great to have the wedding and honeymoon in the same spot but also could be expensive for those who would like to see you get married. You could have the beach wedding closer to home and then go some place tropical for the honeymoon. Do a google search and you may find a package deal or something that includes everything.

I don't think it's possible to do a wedding in Hawaii for that. Depending on where you live, just the flight for you and your husband would be close to that.

I recommend a cruise or a Sandals. You could probably do that for about 3,000. St Thomas by Meghan's Bay would give you that tropical feel. and there are a lot of mountains in St Thomas so it would have something close to the Hawaii look.

Otherwise consider getting married on the cruise ship. They do beautiful weddings, then you'd have the cruise as your honeymoon. You could do a week long cruise for something like 2,000. I'm not sure how much is costs to get married onboard but you'd have about 1,000 for that and the dress. Here is Royal Caribbean's page on weddings.

Sandals apparently does a lot of weddings as well. Here is the link to there pg.

and an all-inclusive allows you the benefit of being at a beautiful location and already on your honeymoon. Plus the wedding is free if you stay more than 7 nights. Only about $800 if less than 7. And I guess it allows you to pick any island and you get your own wedding consultant. I'm sure she'd know which waterfall is the prettiest.

EIther of those involve a personal wedding consultant who does this a lot. And as its only one planner doing stuff you dont have to contract with lots of individual vendors.

Good luck and tropical weddings are the best!

well why don't you just have a private wedding where you and your fiancee go to a secret trip just the two of you and have a wedding out on the beach on the sunset, then after that spend the next week of your secret week just planning on being on your honeymoon
