it's possible, but defienytly not healthy, losing mabey 4 - 5 maximum a week is healthy, more then that and you might be starving or straining your body. if you lose 2 - 3 lbs a week, then in one month you'll lose about 10 lbs a week, whih is a great achivment. in one year you should lose about 90 lbs!!

One pound equals 3500 calories. You need to lose just under 4 pounds per week, or about 14,000 calories. I'm going to tell you right now, that going to the gym and working off 2,000 calories every day for 7 days will wipe you out. If you cut 1,000 calories from your daily diet, then you'd only need to workoff 1,000 calories at the gym. It's possible, but it's going to be tough.. your body will want to replenish the energy you burned. The first month will be the easiest to lose 15 pounds, but the following months will be harder and harder due to body fat percentage reduction. It's not out of the question, it can be done, but it'd be better for you to lose the weight slowly... like 5 lbs per month.

If you are severely obese, you could lose a large amount the first couple of months. But if you are not at least 100 lbs. overweight, you will generally lose 1-2 lbs. per week, on a healthy diet with exercise.

It's absolutely possible but why hurry, there's no need to rush to have a healthy body and mind! Working out 3hours a day is the best and strict diet is another option!

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No solids of liquids other than water in between. Please include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet.

Please chew each morsel of food 32 times. This activates ur body system to monitor ur food intake.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. These changes in ur routine will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time. No panic please. 15 pounds in a month a dangerous attempt.

too much, too fast is not a good idea....cuz to loose that much, u have to starve. and ur metabolism is ruined and you loose muscle mass and if u have a lot to loose u could end up with a lot of loose skin. avg should be 1-2 pounds a week. do it right and safe way that way you can maintain the progress after july first.

thats pretty drastic and dangerous normally a healthy weight loss is 2-3 lbs a week. as you diet
eat healthy and exercise but not to extremes the weight will come off.
