THE CONDITION IS A RESULT OF YOUR BEING SENSITIVE TO SOAP AND CLEANERS AND VARIOUS OTHER PRODUCTS CONTAINING CHEMICALS THAT DRY OUT YOUR SKIN. I know because I Suffered for years with an extremely dry flaking skin. As soon as I stopped using them and washed using the mildest of cleaners with no harsh chemicals it naturally started to heal. ALSO. I found it very beneficial to frequently massage (DAILY IS BEST) the face with a pure natural oil. I recommend olive, coconut, flax-seed oils. They absorb into skin. You can remove any surplus by applying water and using tissues. You will find that you will do not need to use any other products - the skin will naturally moisturize. It hastens the healing and gives skin a vibrant healthy appearance. I found also that the massage rejuvenates the face and seemed to considerably lessen the appearance of wrinkles.and other signs of aging. So much so I am often thought to be 15 years younger than I actually am. Try it - you will be glad that you did!

you don't want oily skin, its worst than dry skin but to have normal skin at least 2 - 4 times a day wash you face with lavender soap and then rinse, then with a face lotion apply to the skin and make sure you rub it all in. =) good luck,
