You should probably see a doctor, but here's my take:

You said your stools were soft? I don't want you to feel them, but are they healthy or wet like diarrhea? If they're healthy, then it's probably just all the fiber you're getting from fruit. If they're wet, then you may have some gastrointestinal issues that a doctor should diagnose.

You might add some peanut butter to your diet, to help counteract the fiber...

Good luck!

It sounds to me as if you may have irritable bowl syndrome. I suffer with this and it took ages to narrow down what foods cause it. I started by keeping a food diary of everything I ate and how they affected me and my bowl movements. I used to get real 'attacks' with it and feel bloated, sick and often have a very upset stomach. The worst culprits for me are dairy products (especially milk and soft cheese) and coffee - I limit these foods now (totally cut out coffee) and find that drinking mint tea helps (it is really good for digestion) and I have one of those probiotic drinks first thing in the morning. You can also buy Colpermin tablets over the counter which help with the symptoms.
I must admit I didn't find the doctors very helpful in my case but it's always a good idea to go and speak to your GP first just to rule out anything nasty. I went to an alternative therapist in the end and got some homoeopathic treatment, which was not a cure but certainly helped me deal with symptoms.
You sound like you're on the right track and have a healthy in take of fruit and veg, not too much alcohol and enough exercise.
Good luck and I hope you get better!

The rule of bowel movements is that you should not have them more tham 3 times a day or less than 3 times a week. So you are definitely going too much. It may just be that you are having too much fibre in your diet (which could be too much fruit) although I think it is unlikely that you would be getting that much fibre. It's hard to know without knowing exactly what your diet.

If you were "sugar intolerant" (I guess you mean diabetes), the problem would be peeing too much.

Perhaps you could give a sample of menu of what you eat and drink in a day?

Unfortunately, for me personally, any kind of sugar or carbs can contribute to a slightly explosive bowel. I don't care much for fruit so there isn't much threat for me there. I know fruit is healthy and beneficial to eat, but I honestly think it could be the culprit for you. Even though it's a healthy sugar, it's still a sugar.

Could be any number of things, sound like IBS but go to the doctor to rule out anything else. Probably will just need a change in diet.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. No solids of liquids other than water in between. Please include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fresh fruits in ur diet.

Please chew each morsel of food 32 times. This activates ur body system to monitor ur food intake.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. These changes in ur routine will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time.

It could do with your diet. If you are eating foods that are high in fibre then that is the problem in why you are on the toilet too much.

whoa, that's a lot of information to stop and consider right now, given that it's going to be 3 am... i suggest you bring this to the attention of your doctor, only try to provide more details so they can truly grasp the seriousness of your unique condition.
