it's lithuanian and it means:
"congratulations with women's day. i wish you health happiness love good sex and money"
(8th march is Women day ;))

It means something like "Hello with girl day (international women's day was March 8th?!). Good health, happiness and wealth"
Probably awful grammar but then, this is my first attempt at translating Lithuanian!
