If their greatest thrill in life is working in with a woman then it's too sad to worry about how it's done.

Ogling is very rude to anyone. Giving a someone the thumbs up is okay but remember why you are at the gym. You are at the gym to work out not to check out other people.

yes, but not all women care. i think its mean for women who are sensitive. it seems a lot of women are sensitive. not me, but i have noticed some women wont go to the gym because theyre afraid of men or whatever. so if you do that stuff, you are a jerk in the sense you are not spreading good energy in the world. you are contributing to preventing some women from becoming healthy and having a good life. in that sense, you are a jerk if you do that.

but like i have seen guys do that. i just ignore them. usually i dont even like gym guys even tho i work out a lot. its kind of weird that way. its almost like, even though i am a woman, i am the same type of person. im a person who loves working out. i just happen to be a woman. so i feel i can understand those guys. but some women cant. so you shouldnt do it. just be a nice guy. see ya.

Yes, that is bad manners, unless she's very clearly flirting with you. Keep it to yourself.
